Yes, once your order has been dispatched we will send you a tracking code via email which you can use to track your order to delivery.

If you would like to update your details, you can log in to My Account and do so there. If you need to change the address you want your order delivered to whilst an order is being processed, we can usually do this up until the point that the order is complete. After your order is complete, it’s too late to change. If you need to change delivery details for an order that is in process, please contact us.

Yes, in order to process your order we store your name and contact details securely. You can view or change any information we hold on you by logging in to your account.If you opted in to receive our newsletter, we hold your name and email address for that purpose. If you would like to unsubscribe, please contact us.

Once you complete your order and check out, we’ll begin to process your order. As we’re manufacturing a bespoke product just for you, it’s not possible to cancel your order once it’s been placed.

0843 business numbers are classed as “low call rate” numbers. Calling an 0843 phone number costs 7p per minute. This is called a service charge. Your service provider may charge an additional access charge.
